Sky Stream TV Guide

I get they moved it - but I want MY TV Guide back. The one I spent AN HOUR making - not the one that everyone gets, Sky News in first place, C4 in second, Nat Geo Wild 3rd, Nat Geo 4th F1 next etc etc. there is no option to create my own under TV Shows, i hope tomorrow when I wake up ,MY Guide is back.

Re: TV Guide Missing

I'm in Midlothian, near Edinburgh and have Sky Superfast 500mbps router and Sky Stream Air 2.0 TV.

The TV guide or planner has disappeared from my menu more than once, so it doesnt sound like a router issue - it's the OS for Sky Stream!

I heard the Sky Air TV soundbar wasn't good either, so I went for the TV without one and bought a Sony HT2000 external soundbar, which the TV likes to drop completely about once or twice a night - everyday.  If I wasn't already paying for this TV, I'd probably chuck it.

Re: Tv guide is missing

This is completely **bleep**. It's bad enough that i cant just switch on to a TV channel.  I'm not going to pratt around searching for the **bleep** TV Guide - enough. It was there before I went out an hour or two ago and gone when i got back in just now.

Now listen here Sky, I want my guide back and I want it back pronto.  If whoever took it  just puts it back we can leave it there.  However if it's not back by morning we're gonna have a problem.

Re: Tv guide is missing

Please can we unmark the current answer as it's not the case for all of us? For me it's completely missing

Re: Tv guide is missing

This has to be a bug. As when we go to the guide under 'TV Shows' we get BBC One London and ITV London, we live in the south and normally get Meridian!

Re: Tv guide is missing

This is poor from Sky. Watching on the Sky puck and already thought the interface was poor but this makes no sense. It just makes it less user friendly again. Poor decision to remove tv guide and channels from Home Screen. Tv guide itself is already clunky and the background screen makes the guide very busy and difficult to read.

Re: Tv guide is missing

Why break something that works fine , some idiot thought that this was a good idea  and hid the TV guide . This will cost you subscribers sky ( not that they read any of these comments )

Can't access the tv guide

The tv guide is missing completely from the home screen. I have rebooted, refreshed apps and searched the home screen thoroughly.  I can get it using voice only
