Tv channels keep freezing

The tv channels keep freezing, it freezes you change channels, change back and it does it again, making it that you carry on watching that programme, it happens with live tv also. We streamed the Liverpool match on tuesday and the first half was awful picture, fuzzy with trails behind the players. We have done all the troubleshooting tips and nothing has worked.
