My sky tv keeps dropping in and out, the screen and the sound freezes while watching the tv. I have restarted my router, this is next to my tv and my puck. There is no changes apart from my next door neighbour has recently had the internet connected.
my camera doorbell and my hive all went off. These have been rectified but my tv is still problematic
what can I do ,

Do you have Sky broadband?
Have a read of changing your Sky wireless channels.
This article below is for Sky broadband, but would be much the same as for other ISP routers.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreAlternatively as you mention the router is close to the puck, you could try connecting them together via an ethernet cable to see if this improves things.
The important thing to note when doing this is to ensure once connected you disable Wifi in the puck's network settings as otherwise despite it being connected via a cable it will default back over to the Wifi so you likely won't notice any difference if it does help.

Thank you I have reset and downloaded any updates and this appears to have sorted it
