Out of sync sound on S4C channel 172 on Sky Stream

I am getting out of sync sound on Welsh channel S4C on Sky Stream channel 172.

All other channels are fine, it is only a problem with S4C.

Are others also getting this?

Any fix?

When you say reboot experience has shown this doesn't always clear faults. The puck needs to be powered off at the mains for a few minutes. The entertainment OS version is largely meaningless, the software version of the puck is the version starting with QS. Entertainment OS version 1.3 refers to functionality released by Sky.

 

Edit as a work around you can also watch through iPlayer.

Hi @singsongfun 

 

Fine here on 104 (I am in Wales). In would try powering off for a few minutes and try again. Failing this try changing your audio output settings to PCM.

Many thanks.

I have tried rebooting and box is on version 1.3 Entertainment OS.

Don't really want to go to PCM sound as that will degrade sound on all channels.

Thanks for your help.

I turned the power off for the puck and left it off for 20 minutes.

Now back on and the sound sync seems ok.

I hope I don't jinx it!

I'm sick of this puck it j u st isn't working it stalls constantly in my area it's just not fit for purpose
