Hi @MartinaMannion5 and welcome to the forum. Please can you explain what is happening, how far you get with the setup process and details of any messages you are receiving.
In the meantime some details that may help: You must be logged into your My Sky account at https://www.sky.com/mysky and be using the same email address that is registered to your account.
If you are having trouble adding your activation code then once logged in go to https://www.sky.com/productsettings/streaming-tv/activate This is where you can enter your activation code.
