I understand there is a time delay with live sport but a full 7 minutes watching the Leicester v Norwich game seems a tad extreme....reasons???

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@JerryD What are you comparing the delay to? There will be a few seconds delay on stream.
Are you sure you've not hit pause at some pint and are now playing the delayed live version ?
Have you unplugged your stream puck? Does this resolve the issue?

That's very strange because I'm watching the same game and it's only a few seconds behind actual live based on BBC alerts...
Try quitting the stream and reboot your puck.
