There is a technical fault

I've never been able to watch The Celebrity Traitors from the start when it is on. I do not get the "watch from the start" button when I go to the channel and if I slect the programme from the playlist -> Select "watch from start" from there, I get the error: "There is a technical fault with this programme. Please try again".

You've posted on the Sky Q board but you've mentioned'playlist' which is a term used with Glass/Stream so to get the best advice can you confirm which platform you subscribe to?
