Re: Sky Q box disconnecting from EE Router every time I switch it on
This keeps happening to me, too. I've only had Sky Stream for just over a week and it is has been happening continually. During today's matches on Sky it has dropped out roughly every 30 minutes. What is going on?

@AJ-45 I have moved your post to Sky stream forum as you posated in the Sky Q forum but you say you bhave Sky stream
I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer

@mikealanr is this the same issue you had with EE?
43inch Gen 1 and 55 inch Gen 2 Sky Glass & sky live camera 3 Pucks. Virgin media M500 on hub 5x. Four sky mobile sims.

Evening @Jporch316 @AJ-45
Yup issue with EE Hub Plus. Been moved to the Pro and zero issues since. I am in touch with a back office team at BT/EE after making a complaint and they are aware of an issue and are working (with sky) to resolve. But it does appears to EEs end.

I am not sure it has been resolved because every time I turn on the Sky Dtream box, I get a message saying the service is affected by a technical fault which is known about and engineers are working to resolve it. Well, it seems to be taking a long time.
