There is a technical fault with this program ...

Sky loads on my TV and i can navigate to Netflix and Prime fine via the remote but all programs on Sky will not play

 Press play and i receive a screen which first displays . "Please wait for your program to load. Then the screen turns from black to blue and displays. "There is a technical fault with this program. Please try again later.  I hsve reset the router reset the puck. There is clearly a fault and i am without paid for services for 3 days so far. What are you going to do to prevent me from cancelling for non pwrformance and seeking reimbursement.

We as customers on this forum aren't going to do anything to stop you from cancelling. My advice to you would be to contact Sky directly and ask them @AMG17

I have the same  problem this morning.  Black screen with the heading . "There is a technical fault please try again later". Bbci player works perfectly. I will see what it's like "later" when I get back home from  work.

@AMG17 Have you tried a reset in the settings. Restart puck this keeps everything as normal but resets  the puck. I tried it and it's now working again.. So that fixed it for me..
