There is a technical fault. Please try again later. (Sky Stream Puck)

When trying to watch items from my Playlist I am constantly unable to. Waits for programme to load then says: There is a technical fault. Please try again later. 

All other devices in my household are fine. I've tried the old "turn it off and on again", sometimes that works but it takes multiple tries. 

This is sometimes a daily occurrence. I'm on my second puck so not sure changing that will solve anything. 

Any suggestions?
