There are no highlighted errors screen just blank???

I need help setting up sky puck, it only seems to go through half the setup.

What point does it get to during the setup? Have you connected it to your broadband?

If it's frozen try turning the puck off at the wall for a minute or two then power it back on and allow it to reboot. This often kick-starts them into life.
