What speed internet are you getting from your ISP at the router?

Mostly likely lack of WiFi signal in those rooms, I am assuming they are not hard-wired to the router.

If the rooms affected are on a different level move your router higher up or closer to those rooms.

If you have close neighbours get a WiFi analyser for a laptop or smartphone and check for interference along with the signal strength.

Off @martswain's response:

If your pucks are on a different level / far away from your router and connected via wifi, try to use the 2.4GHz band as that prioritises distance over connectivity speed. The 5GHz band prioritises connectivity speed  so ideal for devices closer to the router.

Solid things like doors, walls and / or floors decrease signal strength. Another option is for you to create a mesh / repeater in the floor your pucks are on , so they can connect to that instead, which should help your wifi issues and get them more stable.
