The power cable on my sky puck does not work
The power cable on my sky puck isn't working I have taken out the one in my sons room and that works so how do I go about getting a new cable?

@Victoriawoody You'll need to call Sky it's unlikely they will send a cable so will swap the puck instead.
Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
