The Comeback series one not available on Sky Stream but is available on Sky Go. Why?

As you can see in the image, I can only get series one if I pay for it on Prime Video. Any advice? Thanks.

If you scroll down on the series 1 page is there no option to watch it via Sky? It is a bit strange that it's defaulting to Prime Video. Perhaps they have paid to have it advertised via their service on SkyOS? 

All three seasons of The Comeback are available to stream on NOWTV so they should be available via Sky Stream too.

Your best bet to get this checked and resolved by Sky is to send an email to the Sky Viewer relations team to report it;

Season 1 and 2 are exclusive to HBO Max from Thursday , basic with ads version included with Sky.

On satellite box, S1 is only available in SD. Wonder if that's what's confusing Stream.

Sky Relations came back to me with the following answer:

"The Comeback Series 1 is only available in standard definition (SD), as it was never released in high definition (HD). Sky Glass and Sky Stream require a minimum of HD quality for their On Demand content, which is why Series 1 isn’t available on those platforms.

However, Sky Go does support SD content, so that’s why you’re still able to watch it there."

Out of interest, how does that work for the majority of box sets from the likes of U&Gold , which are only available in SD?

Strange then that it's available to stream perfectly fine on NOWTV. I've just checked.

If you wait until tomorrow, all episodes of The Comeback are available on the HBO Max app. 

The first episode of season 3 which has just dropped is available in 4K with Dolby Vision & Atmos if you're planning on subscribing to the premium tier.
