Technical faultv

My sky stream keeps coming up with technical fault and I have to keep reseting

@Bailey1964   Have you tried anything to resolve?  There could be several reasons for this, but first you need a fast internet speed, have you checked what yours is, you can do this by going to Netflix and on their Help section there is a check your internet option.  Secondly is your puck standing alone, not on anything except a shelf etc.  with about 6 inches of space around it with nothing on it or touching it?
