Hi @Shaz102 and welcome to the forum. Try rebooting the puck by going into settings > system management >resets & updates > restart device. It will take a couple of minutes to reboot and you will have a blank screen for a period before the Sky logo appears.
If the technical fault prevents you from following this procedure then simply unplug the puck from the wall socket for a couple of minutes and then plug it back in again.
