You can't. The channel is not available on Sky Stream.

You could attach a Freeview receiver over HDMI, assuming TPTV is present on your local transmitter (it isn't here) and there's an adequate broadcast signal.

I ended up getting a Manhattan Aero Freely box to get access to the live linear channel and also used the browser app on it to access the Encore website for catch up content. I've given up on Sky ever adding it.

Sky cannot add any channel which doesn't take proactive measures to get listed.

I agree though none of us will be privy to whatever discussions may or may not have happened.
