Talk about managing payments for my package

Hi I have sky stream and broadband at the moment paying account number  £26 & £28 but unfortunately my circumstances have changed, my partner has moved out and we was sharing all the bills but I now have to do it all alone, I'd rather not cancel but I may have to due to not being able to afford it, I know virgin do a tv and broadband package for £31 a month so was wondering if my package could be changed to this prise instead or much cheaper then i am paying currently, if not could I cancel ? Thanks Tina Taylor

Also just to note, Sky will be unlikely to offer you anything like a new customer deal if you are an existing customer.

Also if you are within your minimum term length Sky may not let you cancel and if they do they reserve the right to charge an early termination fee.

Hi @Tina668

As the other have posted you need to speak to Sky. But here is some information on what support they offer: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/support-with-financial-difficulty

I would suggest calling them sooner rather than later, as they are much more likely to be able to assist if no arrears etc are on the account.
