TV is buffering whilst using puck

Our internet is saying it is fine and has speeds of up to 150mb, but the tv keeps buffering as we watch, whether we watch live tv or apps through our sky puck.

@Chrispars1   In the meantime check if your puck stands alone with nothing touching it with about 6 inches of space around it which is often the cause of problems such as yours.
