TV guide only shows current programmes

My wife missed a programme, wanted to watch it later, but could not remember the name, so on VM you would just scroll backwards through the guide, on Sky, the guide only shows current and later TV programmes, is there a way of scrolling backwards?

You can voice search for any show and add it to your playlist .... this will give you access to every episode available on all the streaming platforms

The Freeview EPG is available online ... depending on channel ... which will save on buying a TV magazine😉

Re: TV guide only shows current programmes

This is dreadful. I've just got Stream puck, and I think this is a show-stopper

The inability to scroll backwards in time on the EPG presumably. That's what this thread was originally about.

@BenJoBanjo .  I can't remember a single time in the last 3 years on the streaming platform that I have wanted to scroll backwards to past listing on the EPG but I imagine it could have it uses to some subscribers 😀

I imagine it would. I tend to just skim back through the rather good EPG on the Freeview app on my iPad to check for things I've missed on free to air channels, then add anything I want to watch to my watchlist. I don't watch much Sky content & it's all on demand anyway & therefore easy to browse on Stream/Glass/NOW.

Re: TV guide only shows current programmes

This is exactly what I mean - except I use YouView, which I had with Plusnet TV (now discontinued), then BT TV.

Re: TV guide only shows current programmes

Oddly I came from BTTV 18 months ago, and I can't ever remember scrolling back through the EPG to find something I may have missed. So it really doesn't bother me with Stream.
