TV Puck
Just had sky installed, trying to purchase an additional TV Puck.
trying to contact anybody at Sky is impossible

You just need to order it online via your My Sky account (https://www.sky.com/mysky/tv/home-setup)
Firstly, you need to add the Whole Home add-on, if you don't have it already, then you need to select the additional number of pucks you wish to order.

Sky has always charged an additional monthly subscription for viewing on additional screens.

Whole Home allows you to;
Watch on up to three Sky Glass TVs and six Sky Stream pucks at the same time
Plus also watch on four devices at the same time on the Sky Go app and on your games consoles.
Sky Stream with two pucks via wifi (former Sky Q and Sky+ customer).
