Re: TV Guide Missing
I have the same problem and restarting the puck has not resolved it. I am using a Three 5G router.

Re: TV Guide Missing
I have the same problem and use a Three 5G router. I have resolved the issue by having to purchase a power line adaptor to connect my puck directly to the Router, which is upstairs and not easily connected by a Cat6 cable.
Curiously, a speedtest when it is connected to WiFi, using the Mesh I have, gives 116mbps download, but it doesn't give the live tv or any of the premium sky programmes. I connect through the powerline adapter, I get 42mbps and everything works again.
I think they must have done an update the other week, which killed the connection somehow. Sky Customer services tried to fob me off with it was because I wasn't using Sky Broadband.!!!

Re: TV Guide Missing
I think the issue is with the first connection the puck makes with the Sky servers where the servers tell the puck which TV channels to open up for the account. Sky or Three are blocking this connection so as the puck doesn't know what to do, it doesn't load any TV channels.
I have another Internet router with another company which my puck can only just reach, so I connect to this router so the TV channels appear, then go back to the 5G router to stream the channels. But every morning it resets iself and I lose the channels so have to do this double connection again.
And the latest puck update won't allow you to easily switch between WiFi and Ethernet anymore, you need to actually reset the network connection.

Re: TV Guide Missing
There is nothing wrong with the Three connection. The only way I got mine to do was to hard wire it in to the Three router. Once it had connected, I could then connect it to the wifi and it would be happy. However as soon as I took it to the TV downstairs, it lost all of the channels. It isn't 3, it is Sky messing with something.

Re: TV Guide Missing
Well, I have spoken with the tech, who fitted my Three 5G broadband, he sorted the fix using a powerline adapter for me, but yesterday he came back to me telling me that he had been talking to some of his techie mates, and they all had people who have had the exact same issue. So, in a small corner of England three techies have had several people reporting the same issue. Multiply that across the whole of the country, it would suggest a much bigger issue. The techies, are pretty sure that Sky pushed out a firmware update, which has killed something which prevents the perfectly good internet connection from talking to their servers. If enough people raise the issue, Sky might actually look into it. However, I doubt that very much so until then it would appear that the only way round it to directly connect to the router or through a powerline adapter. Poor work Sky!
