You can cancel via My sky app, the my sky website or by calling sky. You will have to give 31 days notice.

TV > Your Products > Manage > TNT Sports. It will say "already yours" and have a drop down. Click the drop down and hit the remove button. You then will see a basket in bottom right. Complete checkout
If your not seeing this option you will have to call sky we are fellow customers here on the community.
