Unable access Netflix on Sky streaming despite having this as part of the package

In the last week or so Sky Home has been promoting Netflix shows. When I go to click on them, it says the app is currently unavailable. Netflix also does not show as an option on the apps section. All other apps are fine, Can anyone help?

Hi @AnnaWat 

 

Try unplugging your stream box from the mains for 5 minutes and trying again. If that doesn't work try and app refresh (Settings > system management> resets & updates > app refresh).

 

If that doesn't work you will need to contact sky for further troubleshooting. I.e. possiblely a full reset of your puck, but this should only be done with sky's guidance.
