I have a TCL tv i tried my sky puck and the main page has come up but thats it, cant do anything. Replaced batteries in controllers, pressed 1&3 and nothing happened. The puck works on any other tv I have in house. Can anyone help?
Check you hdmi settings on the TV then if needed reset them to enhanced or similar then recheck your puck for the cec control and set it to match the settings you pick for TCL tv then reboot both.
