Puck Won’t Connect to Wifi On Set Up

Hi All,

 

I have just set up my Sky Router with no issues. Connected within minutes. 

However, I cannot get the Puck I got with my deal to connect to the internet. It's connecting to the router fine but cannot connect to the internet. I've tried both manually inputting my password and connecting with the WPS button but no luck 😥

Would anyone be able to give me any tips on how to solve this? All my other devices are connected fine.
