@Marion110  You would need to speak to Sky, you should be aware that Sky Q has a very limited life span of around 4 years before the satellites cease to operate.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Yes. You have to call Sky to do so. 

No confirmed date has been given for the end of satellite TV via Sky, but they are still selling 24 month contracts on Q so you are guaranteed 2 years of service, by which time Sky Stream may have been improved.
