Subtitles

I got new Sky Steam yesterday, set up and everything is smooth, but one problem is no subtitles, I've tick all for subtitles but nothing came up. I did try switch off main plug few minutes then switch back on wait few minutes but still same. Still no subtitles, any tip?

A factory reset of the puck seems to be the solution that Sky recommends for this.
