Had this issue for a while but grinning and bearing it. Lost patience now. Kitchen puck picture is dreadful. Worse that SD. More VHs. Lounge also poor picture but to make matters worse the whole stream fails every night. No other devices affected. Over 178mbps speed test. Sky glass is perfect. But streaming pucks poor. Reset everything multiple times. Been on to sky. The usual script used. Managed to wangle one new puck. And they said there was a global issue affecting pucks. Hhhhmmmm. Come on sky
