From had subs for the latest season but they seem to have stopped from S4E6 onwards. Done the whole factory reset thing. Doesn't fix it.

Used to get this on now tv occasionally and it was usually a quick fix on their end.

Your best bet to get this checked and resolved by Sky is to send an email to the Sky Viewer relations team to report it;
