Streampuck

Only had sky stream a few days takes ages to start up now now it keeps shutting down I the middle of watching done every thing ie restarted hard reset connected directly to home hub  puck is warm only way to get it back is to remove power and reconnect ok for a while then shuts down again tried ringing Sky promises to ring back can't find a number to speak to a real person

If it's getting too warm it could be overheating. Is it well ventilated? They do get warm when in operation but not too hot to keep your hand on. It could be a faulty puck, in which case you need to speak to sky and arrange a replacement.
