I am having issues with echo sound on various channels when turning over. I have to switch it on and off everytime i change channel. Can anyone help please

What are the audio settings on your Stream puck? If it's set to auto try changing it to Dolby Digital or Dolby Digital+ and see if that helps. If you're just using the TV speakers then set it to PCM stereo.
