Streaming service sound issue

I'm having problems with the streaming service, the sound stops for a couple of seconds constantly, it happens on my other tv as well, any ideas why this keeps happening

Have you tried rebooting your devices? Turn them off at the wall for a minute then power back on and allow them to reboot. 

What broadband speed do you receive? Glass/Stream needs 25Mbps minimum to function with any sort of reliability, 35Mbps if you want to run two devices simultaneously.

Hi yes tried switchinf off, the broadband is around 80 mbps
