Streaming puck won load

Sky stream puck

please wait Programme won't load.

 

i had disconnected my internet, turned it on and off, unplugged all the cables, done the checks it asks, moved my router and yet nothing. 

 

i am unable to view any of the channels or download any of the movies. However I can access Disney plus and Netflix through it so it's not an internet issue

Open netflix go to profile pic (top left) > get help? > Connectivity check.

 

What speed is it reporting?
