Streaming puck user interface icon goes blank when selected

Hi @iklelisa Personally I have been getting more blank icons since the update than I was getting on the old build & UI versions.  A reboot seems to get most, but not al of them, back again.

Yes the firmware and UI updates I received  last week seems to be producing more random blue screens than I've seen for a long while.

They are random, though, hit Home and scroll through rails and it's different blue blank tiles each time.

A settings restart seems to nor make any kind of difference.

We have always had the odd few blue blank tiles now and again.
But must admit this last week since those updates, seeing a lot more than usual.

I'm having to reboot the puck at least once a day because of this issue since the latest updates.

Haven't had this happen on my three Glass TV's since the 18th June 2026. This is deffinetly a server issue IMO.

Think perhaps this was updatef 2/3 weeks ago. Not seen blank tiles since. 

Have though had one experience of frozen picture but audio continuing. A reboot of Puck cleared this

Puck is on Ethernet to Router and BB speed is 47.6 Mb on old copper cable

Mines just lost text on tiles 🙄 

Seems to be when ya scroll down and get to movies in the guide, as you go over the channel name the pictures stop showing at the top, I press home and boom no text on tiles. Shocking this now.
