It's a know issue apparently. It doesn't just effect Sly Glass bit Sky stream too.

Hi @Rossi42 I was also experiencing this issue again over the weekend.  It is an issue at Sky's end so there is nothing you can do to resolve it but I found a reboot of my puck sorted it our for a while.

 

I have mentioned it again on the closed forum so Sky will not be aware that the issue is back again.

I am new to Sky and I have had the same issues with the home page and the guide show or film images in the top right of the guide no longer displays.

 

I have tried rebooting/restarting the Puck everal times and this has made no difference.

 

I have tried with both cable and wifi with a 500Mbps connection.

Any update? I've escalated as a complaint and been texted a few days ago to tell me to force reset the pucks to ensure it pulls down the latest software updates as issue had been fixed. Well I am still getting issue so it's not fixed for me. Anyone else any progress? I've changed pucks, changed Ethernet port, reduced from UHD to HD, nothing in my setup as far as I can see. Very very annoying.

This is ridiculous now. And Sky just sent me a survey request to tell them how great they are, not [Removed] likely. this has been a month now, clearly a bug they introduced. Time to look at other providers

I've now had a new router sent Sky Max hub 6 arrived today , within an hour of scrolling the menus the tiles dissappear 🤷‍♂️ Engineer to call next week !!

The issue is at Sky's end. Their server! Its not a hardware or ISP issue.

This is the Sky agent that has sent the router & asked me to try other fixes not me asking for them.

I have made them aware of what's being said here in this thread & others in the Sky community.

I haven’t encountered this problem for a while. I’m not sure if rebooting the puck devices or my router somehow switched me to a different Sky Stream server. One that doesn't have this issue? 🤔

 

My three pucks are now working perfectly. I hope they stay that way.🤞🏻

Has anyone had their problems fixed yet? I've one puck in the living room has just started with these problems and the other one in the bedroom is ok. You'd think after several weeks with people having this problem they'd be getting something done about it. I'm going to try a re-set to see if it helps bit I'm not going to hold my breath.

Hi. I've the same problem and tried hard reset of both to force updates, even swapped pucks between rooms, changed Ethernet ports and cables. Still get issue where living room puck gets blank tiles after watching tv for few hours and bedroom tv is fine. Still not resolved. Very frustrating.

Hi

we've-had the same issue for about 4 weeks now, spent several hours on calls with Sky, performed reboots and resets, they sent a Sky Max Pod and a replacement puck, was ok for a couple of days, however the issue is back and now happens several times a day, therefore have to perform restarts to clear, very annoying 

I have read on other threads that it's a Sky software update issue which Sky are working on a solution, is anyone else aware of this and if it's correct?
