A sudden fault occurred with my Sky streaming service, Technical fault message on screen, I tried powering down the puck and also the router but to no effect , WiFi connection was fine, contacted Sky , after 40 minutes Sky technical advisor was unable to rectify the problem but stated to me it was due to a software update carried by Sky which was causing problems with some streaming pucks , I am now waiting for a call back tomorrow afternoon hopefully to rectify the problem .
