Streaming issue

Hi, I changed from sky q to streaming with a puck about a year ago. Never bothered before but when I sign into MySky it still shows my sky q account and I don't know how to rectify this. This should be automatically done by sky as shows they are not as efficient in identifying people's accounts as they think. Any ideas how to overcome this welcome, by the way I have already deleted app and downloaded again but made no difference. Thanks for any help given.

Hi @Zimbo123__  (Zimbabwe perhaps, if so snap).  Unfortunately you will need to speak to Sky to get this resolved.  Have you looked at your Bills on MySky to ensure you are being charged the correct amount. You can do this through www.sky.com or from your puck homescreen.
