Hi
i have just taken selivery of a Puck.
3-4 months of Glass was good and i said i would try it in the reat of the house
it wont update?????
i have tried in wifi amd with ethernet cable?
i have reset , by holding power button underneath puck during power up till light flashes.
everytime i get as far as 100% software update and then a black screen for an hour???
i have tried waiting ....... nothing
any one please help???? Its frustrating as hell , and i am never here when helpline is manned

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Jimmi55 this has been reported with a few units recently. Some sort themselves out if left powered overnight but if your's doesnt call Sky to get it swapped out.

thanks for the reply.
i started the ouck again after a reset.
it got theought he update but mow i have an issue with the pin
it doesnt recognise mine?
when i try to reset using last 4 digits of ky paymnet method it resets, byt then doesnt recognise the new pin???

It will be the last 4 digits of your registered phone number.
