Trying to reinstate my streaming box but keeps coming up error try again later

You will need to provide more information! We are fellow customers and not Sky support. When you say reinstate, do you mean your services were restricted?

Yes service was stricted paid now and when I click reinstate it just comes up error try again later

I've tried on the app and on the web still coming up with error try again later quick enough to take the money but then left with no service still

You made the payment?
Did you set up a new monthly payment method?

Yes made payment and set up new direct debit but stil won't reconnect my services when I click get my services back up and running
