@Neilp6004  This is a customer to customer forum,sky will not contact you,you will need to contact them with any account issue,if you are having trouble with your equipment if you give a few details fellow customers may be able to assist you here

@Neilp6004 Unfortunately Sky will not respond on the back of a post on this forum as we are all Customers like yourself.  Also they would have no way of knowing who you are from a post.

 

You will need to call Sky.
