Sky stream remote not turning puck off or controlling volume on lg tv

Sky stream remote not controlling the volume or turning off the puck on my lg tv.  Tried 7+9 and 4+6 and 1+3 numerous times, remote connects to puck and moves through the channels etc, but won't ever control sound or power. I've unplugged from the wall to reset, doesn't help.  It did work about a year ago, but doesn't now!? Just received a replacement remote from sky, which was great, but still no joy!?! Highly frustrating. The tv is a 43UJ701v lg

@HussSearch in your TV's menu for something called Simplink (HDMI-CEC).  It will be in the HDMI settings somewhere.  Switch it to on and see if that helps.

Thanks for that mate, I've just turned that on and tried again but still doesn't work 😭
