i got this too and did manage to complete it. I was very honest in my responses and took a good while to list all the issues, bugs, unfinished features and quirks I've had with Stream. I hope they actually read the feedback rather than just use the good data anyone sends.
It's a long survey but if everyone who gets it can give honest feedback and the low scores Sky Stream deserves then maybe they will have to listen.
