Stream puck

I changed my sky q for sky stream a few days ago and was told I would receive a puck in the post in a day or two. It's been three days and hasn't arrived. How long do they normally take as I'm disabled and spend more time upstairs and have no TV now?

On your MySky account via the app, check order tracking or Sign in to Order Tracking with your Sky iD online.

The Sky Stream Puck will come via DPD courier or Royal Mail, so look out for a tracking email/text from them and Sky.
