New sky stream box
I subscribed yesterday for a new sky streaming box as a new customer. I'm just a bit concerned I haven't received any messages or emails with a welcome to sky with information about my account. Also not had any messages about new box being delivered. Thought it was next day delivery? Hope you can help

If you ordered before 9pm yesterday, it is normally a next day delivery.
Otherwise, it will arrive by Monday.
The Sky Stream Puck will come via DPD courier or Royal Mail, so look out for a tracking email/text from them and Sky.
