Stream puck amp issues

Have a Yamaha RX-A880 with PC, DVD, record deck and Sky Glass puck input via HDMI.  Output via HDMI to a Samsung TV .  All operating OK until the unit was dismantled for 2 weeks decorating.  System reassembled,  PC, DVD and record deck operating OK.  All parameters in the amp can be adjusted to tune/adjust the inputs.  Reconnected the puck, sound and picture transmitted to the TV OK, but the amp parameters are locked, cannot be adjusted.  Pressing any button on the amp handset, it displays 'Not Available'  Switching back to the other inputs, everything OK.

Tried a factory reset.

Changed HDMI lead.

Changed to different amp input.

Connected puck direct to TV, working OK

Have I pressed something wrong in the amp setup?

Has there been a sky software update to cause the problem?

Is there a setting in the puck that needs changing?

Earthing problem?

Re: Sky glass

Thanks for reply

Puck sound output set to Auto as supplied.  Changed setting to Dolby digital plus, problem solved.  Why the amp operated OK with the auto setting for three months and then locked up is still a mystery.  Still, all OK now, thanks again

@Peter_G  You don;t have a Glass puck as these don't exist,  you have a stream puck, Glass is the TV set.

Have you tried a different input on your AV amp?

Have you tried to connect the puck duirect to the TV to rule out a puck issue?

@Peter_G check the audio output from the puck as if set by example to PCM it is straight stereo which may disable surround paramters. Auto should work.
