So I purchased stream Saturday it arrived yesterday "Monday" set it up got as far as the pin section and that's as far as I get.
It asked me to create a pin so created it and it doesn't like my pin, I've tried my phone number, 0000 like the internet suggested and a few other combinations but doesn't work.
I've tried resetting via the puck via forgot puck and doesn't like the 4 digits from payment card yet it's correct
So safe to say I'm confused, I've even done the hard reset to flashing coloured lights done the update and still do not get anywhere

Thanks for the assist, I eventually got it working ended up tweaking the suggestions and re trying with my own routine and it worked
Instead of switching off for 30 minutes basically do it on off on off immediately after each other and it seems to work
