Sky say you need 25Mbps for HD and 30Mbps for UHD. That is a big chuck of your available bandwidth if you only have 76 Mbps. However you should be able to make it work. Stability is the key. Signal from the puck to your router is just as important as the router to your ISP.
Open netflix go to settings (left hand menu) > get help? > Connection check. Run it a few times and take an average.
If you are having issues it might be worth trying homeplugs or ethernet connection. Or if you are having issues when booting up, try going to settings > startup and standby by and turn "Networked Standby mode" ON and "overnight power save" OFF.
