Do I have to package my old puck and cable when swooping for a new one that's being collected

Yes Sky will send you a complete new puck with everything in the box.

 

You'll need to return any:

Sky-owned Sky Stream pucks

Remotes

Cables

 

Or you run the risk of a non return charge.
