Stream controller broken

My Sky stream remote control is faulty. I need to keep changing the batteries daily. How do I get a replacement controller?

@Armstrong82 This is a fairly common problem.  I have to change batteries every 3 weeks on average so not as bad as your situation.  I phoned Sky the other day and told them of my problem and they offered to send me a replacement remote.  They said I should receive it in 3 -5 working days (so about now 🤞)

Whilst waiting for the replacement you can use a Sky Q remote if you have one available.

Give them a call.

Re: Stream controller broken

Is it definitely the batteries or is it the controller disconnecting from the box? We have had this happen a few times and you have to go through a little routine with the number pad (Google it and you'll find it) and they come back to life every time.

Thanks @ArgyleLottie an interesting thought but in my case i'm happy that the remote is draining the batteries.  This might not be the case for everyone though so it is well worth checking 😀
